We accept all major debit cards and credit cards
All transactions are processed via Global Payments and are encrypted for our safety.
We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using a card online.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulation you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from BigPayOfficial, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of your goods being delivered and you must include your order number.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.
We usually process refunds within 24 hours after receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds would generally take between 7-10 working days to clear back into the card/account you have paid with. Please bear this in mind.
Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are not going to be refunded.
All items purchased in our sales are not eligible for a refund only exchanged for store credit.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is you responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting you order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from the receipt of the faulty item to return it to us at standard delivery cost.
If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, due to wrong address or has not been collected your items excluding delivery charge will automatically be refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place your order again. Your parcel will

I have not received my order
If your order has taken more than 7 days to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.
I have received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, name, address and details of the product and the item that you received. You will have to send the item back to us for an exchange to the correct item and we will also reimburse the postage costs as shown on the receipt.
